Ankle strap heels, trending and so loving it

This stylish design footwear is so beautiful that I don't mind having them in different colours and designs.

They are so stylish and chic, to think they were once in vogue sometime in the past. Fashion keeps revolving yea, love love loves it.....

They accentuate the feet and gives this charming elegance to the wearer. I remember wearing ankle strap sandals a certain Sunday to Church and how I got so many admirations from members, the heels brought so much attention my way and I felt so on point and flattered...lol. When you wear stuffs on trend and get admired you come to terms with the fact that many people really really do know fashion and are following up and that you didn't fall their hand..lol.

They look good when worn over skinny pants and midi/fitted dresses and skirts and also outfits that exposes the feet.

May I also add that the "Big girls" may not rock this trend well because they come mostly in thin heels which will not give the big girl a comfortable balance; what am I saying, this is a good reason to get back in shape ASAP in order not to let this fabulousity pass you bye (if you are a big girl that is)...

Enjoy your fabulous selves with this on trend and on chic shoes.

Grapefruit...the miracle fruit!

Grapefruit and its usefulness and benefits in weight loss cannot be overemphasized, although bitter but it is high in antioxidants, fat burning enzymes and has a high water content (any fruit with high water content is good for weight loss) and high in vitaminC, it's considered a fat-burning food that can kick-start your metabolism. It has other great benefits too. Personally, it helps me ease whenever I overeat or feel bloated. This fruit has indeed done so much for me hence my naming it "a miracle fruit in weight loss"

Grapefruit is loaded with fiber, keeping you full longer and reducing the likelihood of mindless snacking. Research has also found that eating half a grapefruit before every meal can lead to greater weight loss.

There are several benefit of grapefruit in weightloss and management. You can use it to satisfy your sweet tooth. It stabilizes blood sugar, it has compounds that can reduce insulin levels, lowers the level of insulin meaning your body can efficiently use food for energy rather than storing it as fat.
It also curbs cravings.

They come in red and white. Found in our Nigerian markets. You can juice, blend or eat whole.
Enjoy!

Shoutouts, motivations, drives and accolades....

I want to send a shout out to the wonderful people I watched do this, I learnt from them, followed their advice, watched them drop dress sizes by their before and after pictures and success stories.

Weight loss journey is not easy, it is hard work and sweet pain that is worth the while. it is easy to fall back, get tired or even discouraged especially when the people around you are not motivating you in anyway, some times people call you names like mama gee, orobo etc. This is not the time to get your spirit troubled, in times like this I look to some of my online friends that has passed this road with success stories., these friends helped me make this lifetime decision of staying fit and keeping fat away for life.

Shout out to @africanweightloss.com @chelizrubycubde.blogspot.co.uk @skinnyymi.blogspot.co.uk @annasessentials.wordpress.com

Thanks to the above listed blogs I've learnt to shed weight the healthy way with Nigerian diets. They helped me see weight loss differently, before now I thought it was difficult, stressful, expensive and unrealistic with our Nigerian delicacies but they proved me wrong. Having to report my daily meals on Africanweightlossforum was the bomb, I was afraid of Dr. Trim our anchor because if she sees any "Sinfood" on your log you will be in for it as she tells us the truth about our bad food decisions that would hurt us and make us not indulge in them again, It was for our own good and it sure paid off.

Weight loss is absolutely possible and worth it, imagine looking bigger than your actual age, looking older than your spouse, not feeling cool in your clothes, not confident enough when in public places, not liking what you see of yourself in photos taking amongst a group of cute chics, not being able to wear or try on the trendy outfits you see in fashion stores, being prone to ailments such as diabetes, heart failure, fertility issues, obesity(big tummy, folds, shapelessness, ugliness, heavy breathing, panting after climbing a small stair etc)  fat indeed is a disease... All these were my stories before I decided to work on myself and get my confidence back. indeed its worth it.

It is a very easy thing to do, it takes nothing to be disciplined and have self control, just tell yourself you deserve to be better and finer, you can do it, it pays off and it's worth it. Imagine you as a young lady under the age of 30 or your present age seeing older   I'm still on the journey and i'm so loving the feeling, this is it, this is in, this is for life.
